Congratulations to the Washoe Travel Plaza on their groundbreaking ceremony in Gardnervillle, Nevada! President and CEO, Doug Bystry was on site at the June 5th celebration to say a few words about the project.
The development of the Washoe Travel Plaza on Native American reservation land will produce a sustainable source of revenue for the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $10 million of Federal NMTC allocation, $2 million of Nevada State NMTC allocation, and a $5.6 million loan to the Washoe Tribe.
