$8.3 Million of New Markets Tax Credit Allocation for Construction of an Integrated Care Facility – Now Open

Clearinghouse CDFI continues to lead efforts to deliver State and Federal New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) to Nevada with an $8.3 million NMTC allocation for the construction of Northern Nevada HOPES— Reno’s first nonprofit integrated care facility.

Northern Nevada HOPES treats 10,000 medically underserved patients annually and offers access for medical and wellness services.  Development of this 37,000 sq. ft. federally qualified health center created 105 construction jobs and 43 new, full-time jobs.
