CCDFI Welcomes Lisa Van Ella, Business Development Officer –
Arizona Specialist:
Lisa is a 30-year financial industry veteran with a banking and a strong community development background. She earned her master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Community Economic Development and specializes in small business and community facilities lending, tax credit financing, and commercial real estate transactions. Lisa is currently the Chairperson of the Lake Havasu City Partnership for Economic Development and a Past President of the London Bridge Rotary Club. In her spare time, you can find her at the gym, off-roading in the desert, boating on the lake, or glamping in the RV.
As Clearinghouse CDFI’s Business Development Officer, AZ Specialist, Lisa is responsible for the strategic growth of corporate lending operations in Arizona. She maintains critical relationships within the local community and government to align Clearinghouse CDFI’s services with the financial needs of Arizona’s private citizens, investors, banks, developers, and nonprofit organizations.
