  Doug Bystry has been providing financial services to low-income communities for over 30 years, including extensive work in Indian Country. Mr. Bystry, in his professional career, has successfully raised and deployed over $2 billion for low-income and distressed communities. Much of this capital has been deployed through the Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing CDFIs, which he founded in 1996 and continues to lead as its President and CEO.
  
  Mr. Bystry is regarded as an innovator and leader in community and economic development, as well as low-income wealth strategies. He is one of the co-founders of FVLCRUM Funds, a $300 million fund to reduce the minority wealth gap in this country. Mr. Bystry frequently speaks at industry conferences and seminars as an expert in CRA, NMTCs, and Native American community revitalization efforts.
  
  Mr. Bystry previously served as a City Council member and Housing Commissioner in the County of Orange, CA. He currently serves on the California Organized Investment Network (COIN) Advisory Board, (California Department of Insurance) working to increase insurance industry community investments. Mr. Bystry serves on several other local nonprofit boards promoting affordable housing and economic development. He is a UCLA graduate, married with two sons.

  As Chief Credit Officer for Clearinghouse CDFI, Kristy Ollendorff is involved with all aspects of lending in the low-income communities we serve. On average, 88% of Clearinghouse CDFI loans support projects that benefit disadvantaged businesses and/or communities.
  
  Ms. Ollendorff has over 27 years of experience in underwriting and is regarded as an expert in underwriting community development projects. Prior to joining Clearinghouse CDFI, Ms. Ollendorff had many years of experience in upper management at several mortgage companies.
  
  Ms. Ollendorff oversees staff who process and underwrite loan requests submitted to the CDFI for consideration.
  
  Ms. Ollendorff is involved with all aspects of lending in the low-income communities we serve, including nonprofit technical assistance, loan term negotiations, and post-close credit issues.
  
  Ms. Ollendorff understands the flexibility needed to underwrite challenging Core and NMTC community loans. In addition, she works with Loan Servicing on all current borrowers experiencing payment issues.
  
  She is a former Board President of the Boys & Girls Club of Tustin and serves on the board of El Sol Charter School in Santa Ana. Education: Bachelor of Arts, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, School of Business.

  Jay Harrison brings over two decades of leadership experience in the regulated financial services industry to his role as Chief Investment Officer at Clearinghouse CDFI. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Harrison served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of a $6 billion publicly traded financial institution. There, he managed a $1 billion investment portfolio, established comprehensive policies for liquidity and asset-liability management, oversaw compliance with regulatory requirements, and directed budgeting processes. He also managed over $2 billion in wholesale funding sources, including Federal Home Loan Bank advances, state treasury programs, and private repurchase agreements. Additionally, Mr. Harrison spearheaded and managed the institution’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program.
  
  Since joining Clearinghouse CDFI in 2007, Mr. Harrison has been instrumental in securing over $1 billion in credit facilities from major financial institutions, government-sponsored enterprises, and community banks. He also developed two off-balance-sheet loan pools, adding $70 million in funding capacity.
  
  In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Harrison leads the company’s efforts to identify NMTC opportunities, initiate discussions with borrowers and investors, and structure transactions to maximize the program’s benefits. He evaluates the community impact of proposed projects and collaborates with the Chief Credit Officer to support underwriting processes. Under his leadership, Clearinghouse CDFI has closed over $680 million in NMTC transactions.
  
  As a member of the Senior Executive Team, Mr. Harrison works closely with the President/CEO and Chief Financial Officer to strategically manage the company’s financial operations, including liquidity, asset-liability management, strategic planning, and budgeting. His expertise and strategic vision continue to drive the organization’s mission and growth.

  As the Chief Operations Officer for Clearinghouse CDFI, Mr. Mombeleur provides company-wide operational leadership while leading its Impact, Opportunity Zones, Government Relations, and Sustainability & Innovation departments. As a long-time expert in secured real estate lending for community development, Mr. Mombeleur brings to Clearinghouse CDFI a long career in impact reporting and compliance.
  
  He also serves as the lead in Clearinghouse CDFI’s unique partnership with FVLCRUM Funds. He is well versed in strategic partner relationship management and private equity acquisitions designed to spur growth and opportunity.
  
  Mr. Mombeleur has directed all aspects of lending, capital investment, and loan portfolio management. He is experienced in growing businesses from inception to maturity and developing opportunities to yield sustainable, unrestricted funding sources. His strong analytical background includes risk assessment, budgets, financial management, and negotiation. He is also an expert facilitator and coach possessing an acute community awareness critical to the advancement of ongoing CRA initiatives and CSR strategies.
  
  Mr. Mombeleur brings his banking background, compliance expertise, and community development leadership to the Pacific Coast Banking School each year as an instructor. He is also committed to the many communities he serves, actively engaging on nonprofit boards across the United States.
  
  Mr. Mombeleur holds a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management—Chicago, IL, and a Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

  Andrew Gordon leads Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution’s lending activities in Arizona. Prior to joining Clearinghouse CDFI, Mr. Gordon was the founding President of Arizona MultiBank Community Development Corporation, the heritage nonprofit CDFI that served Arizona for over 24 years and preceded the new Arizona MultiBank, a Division of Clearinghouse CDFI.
  
  Before returning to his home state of Arizona in 1991, Mr. Gordon was Senior Vice President of the legacy economic development bank to the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
  
  Mr. Gordon currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Arizona Community Foundation’s Community Impact Loan Fund. He served as Chair of the Phoenix Local Advisory Committee of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and Chair of its Credit Committee. Mr. Gordon was a founding Advisory Board member of a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) licensed Small Business Investment Company (SBIC), and the SBA has recognized Mr. Gordon as a “Small Business Financial Services Champion of the Year.” Mr. Gordon previously taught the small business lending course at the National Community Development Lending School. Mr. Gordon went to public elementary and high schools in Arizona, is a former VISTA Volunteer, and received his bachelor’s degree from Yale College and master’s degree from Harvard University. As a youth, he worked with his father and grandfather in their family grocery store in downtown Phoenix.

  Ms. Bonney, as Clearinghouse CDFI’s Chief Administrative Officer, and a member of the Executive Management team, is responsible for the business operation and administration of the corporation. She oversees human resources, corporate risk management, technology, and compliance.
  
  Ms. Bonney also manages the investor relations for the company, including shareholders, creditors, and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) participants. She is responsible for the back administration for the FVLCRUM Fund.
  
  Ms. Bonney serves as the Assistant Corporate Secretary for Clearinghouse CDFI and serves on the Partners for Common Good NMTC Advisory Board and on the Freedom Sings USA Board of Directors. Ms. Bonney holds a master’s in human resources from Cornell University and a Master Certificate in Business Management. Ms. Bonney has also completed studies in nonprofit management.

  Mr. Wegener is the Chief Financial Officer of Clearinghouse CDFI, with over 15 years of experience in financial management. At Clearinghouse CDFI, Mr. Wegener has excelled in roles involving financial statement reporting, budgeting, forecasting, asset liability management, capital strategy, and government grant applications. He also oversees compliance and reporting for governmental and lender contracts.
  
  Mr. Wegener began his career at Novogradac & Company, a national accounting firm specializing in tax credit accounting, where he gained extensive experience in tax return preparation and planning, financial statement audits, and financial modeling for complex transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credit and New Markets Tax Credits.
  
  He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Long Beach. Colin is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
