Report Overview
Clearinghouse CDFI’s 2008 Annual Report reflects a year of continued growth and organizational strength. During the year, the organization expanded lending activity across multiple financing programs, introduced the CRA Loan Pool to support future lending capacity, and received national recognition for its lending practices. Financing supported affordable housing, community facilities, small businesses, New Markets Tax Credit projects, and homeownership opportunities, while Clearinghouse CDFI continued strengthening its financial position and expanding its reach.
