In 2010, Clearinghouse CDFI financed more than $130 million in loans and investments, including $25 million in core loans and more than $105 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing. These investments supported affordable housing development, community-serving facilities, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and commercial projects while generating measurable outcomes in low-income communities throughout California.
