2011 Impact & Benefit Report

The 2011 Impact Report explores how community impact extends beyond any single project.

Report Overview

The 2011 Impact Report highlights the cumulative effect of community development finance and the role it plays in strengthening underserved communities. Framed around the idea that impact is greater than the sum of its parts, the report examines how affordable housing, community facilities, economic development projects, and job creation work together to improve quality of life.

In 2011, Clearinghouse CDFI financed more than $96 million in loans and equity investments, supporting affordable housing, community-serving facilities, redevelopment projects, and business expansion. The report also documents cumulative impact since inception, including investments that have expanded opportunity, strengthened neighborhoods, and supported long-term community revitalization.
