Report Overview

The 2010 Annual Report highlights a year of record production and continued financial strength. Clearinghouse CDFI achieved its 11th consecutive year of profitability, funded more than $137 million in loans, and recorded its highest level of New Markets Tax Credit lending to date. The year also marked a historic achievement as Clearinghouse CDFI became the first non-depository CDFI in the nation to borrow from a Federal Home Loan Bank, expanding access to competitively priced capital and affordable housing resources.
