B Lab Inclusion Challenge and Peer Groups
Clearinghouse CDFI is committed to furthering Diversity and Inclusion both internally and externally through lending, community service, and amongst staff. As a part of Clearinghouse CDFI’s ongoing Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Impact Manager Mai Nguyen and Community Impact Analyst Avery Ebron elected to participate in B Lab’s peer group program. The program goal, which remains ongoing, is designed to facilitate conversations between business professionals across multiple industries. The idea is that participants will offer each other fresh perspectives, advice, and hold each other accountable to their Inclusion Challenge pledges—all in a safe environment.
