Brilliant Corners – North Central California

Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) is delighted to extend its longstanding partnership with Brilliant Corners by funding three more loans totaling $1,741,200. This continued collaboration allows Brilliant Corners to acquire three single-family homes, which will serve as enhanced behavioral support homes.

Supportive housing combines deeply affordable rental options with life-enhancing services such as health care, workforce development, child welfare, and intensive case management. With financing provided by CCDFI, Brilliant Corners has successfully introduced over 100 such specialized living spaces for children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities throughout California. Continuing in this vein, CCDFI has recently provided three loans totaling $1,741,200 to Brilliant Corners. This financial support allows for the purchase and subsequent renovation of three residential properties, funded for rehabilitation by Regional Center resources. Once transformed, these properties will serve as enhanced behavioral support environments, catering to the specialized needs of their residents.

Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing supportive housing across California. The agency serves a diverse community, including individuals with developmental disabilities, those transitioning from homelessness or institutional settings, and homeless veterans.
