Special Service for Groups – 8th Ave
Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) is helping Special Service for Groups, Inc. refinance their existing commercial mortgage and replenish cash reserves with a $6,825,000 loan.
SSG previously purchased an industrial building with the intention of converting the building into office use. The building has since been renovated and provides administrative office space for SSG’s operations. Financing provided by CCDFI allows SSG to refinance their existing loan on the building and provides cash out to support payroll while awaiting count and federal payments.
