$955K in Financing for Continued Assisted Living in Low-Income Area of Oakland, CA

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $955,000 in refinancing to Hasmin B. Koo to provide continued assisted living to residents in a low-income area of Oakland, CA.

Hasmin B. Koo operates a 20-bed assisted living facility known as Good Shepherd Vista (GSV). By offering all-inclusive assisted living at a competitive price, GSV accommodates living spaces for older adults in need. Each unit has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and spacious closet space.
