Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) provided a $1,900,000 loan to a developer to refinance the development of several adjoining parcels into affordable housing and a medical campus.
This multi-phase, multi-use project is being developed with the support of the City of North Las Vegas. Financing provided by CCDFI will allow the developer to provide housing in order to help ease the burden on low-income individuals in the City of North Las Vegas. One of the medical facilities will serve the local community specifically, while other facilities will serve the local community and beyond.
The developer for this project was formed in 2017 by founders with a broad range of construction, design, real estate and legal experience in the Las Vegas Valley and other parts of the country.
