Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) provided $8 million in permanent financing to Phoenix Care Partners, LLC to replace an existing loan for the initial acquisition and rehabilitation of a senior behavioral health center. CCDFI’s new loan delivers a lower, fixed interest rate with a longer, 10-year term.
The new facility—Talas Harbor on Buckeye (Talas)—is an inpatient psychiatric hospital serving Phoenix and the surrounding areas. It specializes in compassionate, comprehensive, and intensive psychiatric treatment for adults and seniors suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues. Talas is operated by Kindred Behavioral Health Care—an organization that partners with hospitals nationwide to expand access to quality behavioral health services via medical, mental health, addiction, and operational expertise. Talas offers 22 patient rooms with a total of 42 beds, a dining room, activity room, quiet room, and a multi-purpose room.
