Overcomers Ministries Church | Acquisition Financing

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $937,500 in acquisition financing to Overcomers Ministries Church in Richardson, Texas, to support the purchase of a permanent headquarters. 
 
Overcomers Ministries expanded from virtual prayer groups to local gatherings before establishing itself as a non-denominational, Bible-based church in 2007. Since then, the church has continued to create opportunities for worship and community connection.
 
For years, the church met in leased hotel conference rooms, continuing to grow despite the limitations of temporary space. Church leadership recognized the need for a dedicated facility to support its growing congregation and sought to establish a headquarters that would provide stability and room for future growth.
 
Clearinghouse CDFI helped make that vision a reality, financing the acquisition of a 7,124-square-foot facility in Richardson, TX. The facility can accommodate 325 people and includes a fellowship hall, six classrooms, a kitchen, a nursery, and a library, giving the congregation room to learn and connect in a dedicated facility. While continuing its ministry presence in Austin and Omaha through leased locations, the new headquarters provides opportunities for future growth and expands the church’s ability to serve its congregation and the surrounding community.
