Brilliant Corners – Agua Dulce, CA

Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization that provides service-driven, supportive housing for those in need. These homes offer a stable environment for homeless and low-income individuals, as well as those with developmental disabilities.

Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) is honored to continue working with Brilliant Corners to help create supportive housing solutions throughout California. CCDFI provided $607,200 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire and renovate a single-family residence into an affordable Enhanced Behavioral Support facility.

Located in the Agua Dulce area, the newly remodeled facility will offer 24-hour, non-medical care in a home-like setting for four individuals with behavioral impairments. The property will be modified with safety devices to provide and maintain adequate protection for residents. Extra staff will also be on hand to help meet the specialized needs of the residents.
