Brilliant Corners, La Puente

Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization that provides innovative and supportive housing for people in need. This includes housing for homeless and low-income individuals, as well as those facing intellectual and physical disabilities.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $557,550 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire and rehabilitate a single-family home into an affordable Enhanced Behavior Support facility.

The newly remodeled facility will offer 24-hour, non-medical care in a home-like setting for four individuals with developmental disabilities. It will be equipped with delayed egress devices and a secured perimeter. Extra staff will also be on hand to help meet the specialized needs of the residents.
