Meridian Meadows Senior Community
Meridian Meadows is senior living community operated by Tanabell Healthcare that provides physical, emotional, mental, and social support for residents in Meridian, Idaho. It offers assisted living, as well as specialized memory care to help seniors transition into a safe and dignified living environment.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided a long-term, fixed rate, $14.6 million loan to refinance Meridian Meadow’s existing construction loan.
Meridian Meadows will continue to meet the growing need for local senior care with a 52 bed skilled nursing facility, a 63 bed assisted living/memory care facility, and 24-hour staff support. This includes both private pay and Medicaid / Medicare residents.
