NASCAR Speedpark

NASCAR Speedpark is a family entertainment park featuring go-kart racing, mini golf courses, amusement rides, and an arcade. Located in a low-income area, the park works with local nonprofit organizations to provide free access for children in need. NASCAR Speedpark retains the only remaining exclusive licensing agreement with The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) in the country.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $6.2 million in financing for NASCAR Speedpark to refinance existing debt and fund capital expenditures. This includes installing a cashless ticket system, rebranding, and remodeling park facilities.

Completed upgrades will allow NASCAR Speedpark to serve an additional 82,000 individuals annually. This project preserves 220 part-time jobs and 89 full-time jobs.
