Brilliant Corners

Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization providing supportive housing for low-income individuals. This includes individuals facing intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as those transitioning out of homelessness.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $308,000 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire and rehabilitate a single-family home into an affordable, enhanced behavioral support facility.

Rehabilitation efforts will include the installation of delayed egress devices and other features critical to the safety and security of residents. The new housing facility will provide 24-hour, non-medical care for four individuals with developmental disabilities and severe behavioral impairments.
