Over $2 Million for Acquisition of Vacant Land to be Developed into Affordable Senior Housing Units

 

Clearinghouse CDFI provided over $2 million in financing for Lincoln Park Paseo to acquire three parcels of land. The parcels will be developed into 78 affordable housing units for seniors.

This project will help create a viable housing option for low-income seniors residing in a distressed area of San Diego with a poverty rate of 31% and an unemployment
rate of 15%.
