The Bella Blanca Event Center is a premier event venue located in the NOHO Arts District of Hollywood, CA. A former Masonic lodge, the property underwent major renovation by Renewed Arts & Housing Foundation (RAHF) and became a designated City Historic Cultural Monument in 2014.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a loan long-term, fixed-rate, $6.2MM loan to refinance debt associated with RAHF’s original property restoration.

The updated Bella Blanca Event Center incorporates environmentally sustainable processes and employs a diverse group of low-to-moderate income individuals.This project helped retain 3 full-time jobs and 30+ part-time jobs.
