Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSN) is a nonprofit organization that provides free home rehabilitation services and accessibility modifications for those in need: elderly and disabled individuals, at-risk families with children, veterans, and active military members.
Clearinghouse CDFI financed a $175,000 loan for RTSN to provide critical home repairs for 50 low-income individuals. The funds will allow RTSN to create seven new positions and help preserve affordable homeownership in the Las Vegas area.
