$4.47 Million Construction Loan for a 75-Bed Nursing Facility
Quality Long Term Care of Nevada received a $4.47 million loan from Clearinghouse CDFI to build a 75-bed skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas, NV.
The new facility will provide 24-hour nursing, pharmacy, physician, and dietician services to the local community. Continuing education opportunities for Certified Nurse Assistants and Registered/Vocational nurses will be offered for employees.
This project will create 150 construction jobs and over 90 permanent jobs offering living wages.
