Coopertiva del Desierto

Coopertiva del Desierto is a collective of several mobile home park owners working together to ensure that their mobile home parks meet code standards. Clearinghouse CDFI’s loan allowed for the installation of new electrical systems, new waste disposal/septic tank systems, updated water systems, and new propane tank distribution systems. The rehabilitation allowed very low-income individuals to have a safe, clean place to call home.
