Clearinghouse CDFI Welcomes Adrienne Massey:

Adrienne is a UNC-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School MBA graduate with over 15 years of construction loan management experience. She enjoys reading and currently has several books on deck: “Becoming” by Michelle Obama, “The 1619 Project” by Nikole Hannah-Jones, and “Setting the Table” by Danny Meyer. Adrienne also loves traveling, and has visited most of the United States, Kenya, France, United Kingdom, Jamaica, Canada, Mexico, and Tanzania. Adrienne volunteers with the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC and with Susan G. Komen. Her greatest pleasure is spending time with her family and granddaughter.

As Director of Construction Loan Management at Clearinghouse CDFI, Adrienne reports to Chief Commercial Credit Officer Kristy Ollendorff and supervises the activities of the Construction Loan Specialists (CLS). She handles the company’s most complex transactions while managing construction project files, maintaining project budgets, and advising on project progress. In her role, Adrienne assures compliance with all approved conditions and project guidelines, communicating regularly with all involved parties. She also offers technical support to borrowers and maintains relationships with third-party vendors.
