Clearinghouse CDFI is proud to announce the promotion of Colin Wegener to Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of experience in financial management, Colin has been an invaluable asset to our team.
During his tenure at Clearinghouse CDFI, Colin has excelled in various roles, including financial statement reporting, budgeting, forecasting, asset liability management, capital strategy, and government grant applications. He has also been instrumental in ensuring compliance and reporting for governmental and lender contracts.
Colin’s career began at Novogradac & Company, where he specialized in tax credit accounting, handling corporate and LLC tax returns, financial statement audits, and financial modeling for complex transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credit and New Markets Tax Credits.
Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
