Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) provided $9,000,000 to SAI Global (SAI Global) Investments for the acquisition of a hotel property near the Rochester airport to serve the growing commercial travel demand.

SAI Global is working to make improvements to a hotel in a high-traffic area in Rochester, New York. The strategically located hotel in Rochester, NY caters to frequent travelers, benefiting from the region’s thriving economy, diverse job market, and educational institutions. CCDFI’s financing facilitates SAI Global’s acquisition of the Marriot Rochester Airport hotel, a 7-story, full-service hotel featuring 210 rooms. Upon purchase, SAI Global plans to enhance and renovate the property to offer competitive lodging options.

SAI Global Investments, owned and operated by Ashish Kapoor and Manav Khera, benefits from their vast expertise in hotel operations. With experience operating Australia’s renowned Accor Hotel brand and other hotel management companies, the pair bring a wealth of knowledge to the Marriott Rochester Airport hotel.
