Clearinghouse CDFI provided $7 million of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation for the construction of West Senior Wellness Center. The new facility addresses the basic needs of its seniors and provides innovative services including job training, life-long learning, civic engagement, and recreational activities.
