CCDFI Welcomes Parker Pearson, Manager of Accounting, Financial Performance, & Compliance – 2024. Clearinghouse CDFI is excited to welcome Parker Pearson as our new Manager of Accounting, Financial Performance, and Compliance. Parker holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and has an active CPA license from Utah. With extensive experience in business strategy and development, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and taxes, Parker brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Most recently, he served as CFO of a multi-million-dollar organization under the Ute Indian Tribe, where he revitalized and rebuilt the organization to profitability, benefiting the small, low-income community it serves.

In his role at Clearinghouse CDFI, Parker will work under the general direction of the Controller, ensuring compliance with GAAP and overseeing the timely and accurate production of financial statements. He will also manage compliance with investor and regulatory requirements and support audits. Parker is committed to improving financial reporting systems and enhancing overall compliance processes.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys running with his wife and spending quality time with his children. His family loves outdoor activities and watching movies together. With his unique skill set and strong finance background, Parker is sure to make a significant impact on our organization.
