Construction Completion: United Health Center Foundation’s Fowler Building

We are proud to announce the construction completion of United Health Center Foundation’s new Fowler Building!

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $7.30 million loan for the construction of the new medical facility, which will operate as a Federally Qualified Health Center and serve over 28,000 low-income patients in the Fresno County area.
