Clearinghouse CDFI welcomes Tricia Hansen-Horn, Ph.D. as Director of Impact. Tricia brings decades of experience in clear communication and impact management. She will guide impact measurement and ensure clear, reliable reporting companywide, reporting to Chief Operating Officer Yves Mombeleur.
Leading Impact & Reporting
As Director of Impact, Tricia will lead the Impact Department and oversee our annual impact reporting. She will prepare reports for investors and the CDFI Fund and enhance result tracking. Tricia will also manage major funding applications, including CDFI Fund programs and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) submissions. In addition, she will set goals and track progress for B Corp Certification and support related work across teams.
