1661 Adams, LLC
1661 Adams, LLC is a 100% affordable, 32-unit assisted living facility which will be located near downtown Los Angeles. It will provide 62 beds for Los Angeles County Department of Health Services supportive housing patients.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $4.5MM in financing for rehabilitation of the existing building into the new assisted living facility.
The new facility will be operated by Brilliant Corners—a nonprofit supportive housing agency operating in L.A. County. It will offer quality, affordable housing for patients with complex physical and behavioral health conditions, those transitioning from institutional settings, and homeless Veterans.
