Inspired Healthcare Capital (IHC) is a real estate investment fund that helps provide housing and healthcare for seniors. IHC works with quality providers to develop senior communities offering independent and assisted living options for residents, skilled nursing, and memory care services.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $10.8 million in financing for IHC to purchase and rehabilitate four senior care facilities in Washington.
The four long-term care facilities will serve an area spanning over 400 miles in Northwest Washington. Together, they will provide an additional 106 memory care beds for seniors and create 33 full-time and 5 part-time jobs.
