Zio Fraedo’s is a family-owned Italian restaurant located in Pleasant Hill, CA. Established in 1975, the restaurant has been serving fresh fare to the local community for 25 years.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $1.82MM loan for Zio Fraedo’s to refinance existing debt and continue serving over 100,000 patrons annually.
