Glennwood Housing Foundation

The Glennwood Housing Foundation is an independent living facility for special needs adults.
The facility will serve 50 special needs adults
Residents who are unable to provide for their own daily needs will receive 24-hour non-medical care and food.
Services include education, physical exercise and socialization to help these individuals take steps toward assisted independence.

Glennwood Housing Foundation received a $4.5 million loan to establish an independent living facility for 50 special needs adults. Clearinghouse CDFI and the Orange County Community Foundation both share a passion for helping establish and preserve quality special needs housing. These two organizations brought their visions together to make the Glennwood Housing Foundation project a reality.
