La Kretz Innovation Campus

The La Kretz Innovation Campus is Los Angeles’ new cleantech industry hub.
La Kretz is a place where entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists and policymakers can collaborate.
The La Kretz campus supports the development of clean technologies and a green Los Angeles economy.
The campus features offices, conference rooms, R&D labs, a prototype manufacturing workshop, training center, & event space.
La Kretz also offers LADWP laboratories for both Customer Engagement and Energy Efficiency and Technology.
The new campus is situated in the Arts & Innovation District: a vibrant neighborhood undergoing a dramatic change.
The new building is located directly adjacent to the site of a brand new Arts District Park.
Entrepreneurs, inventors, business leaders and students are engaged to work together in one environment.
La Kretz Innovation Campus is a new focal point for the future of cleantech in Los Angeles.

Now Open: La Kretz Innovation Campus supports clean technologies and a green economy.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $10 million of NMTC allocation for this $43 million campus development project. The completed facility features a laboratory, a prototype manufacturing workshop, a green business incubator, and a workforce center to connect employers with employees. The Campus is located directly adjacent to the site of a new Arts District Park.
