Over $2.1 Million in Financing for the Rehabilitation of a Historic Building into a Community Space
Landmark is a 100-year-old, historically registered masonry building located in San Francisco, CA.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided over $2.1 million in financing for the rehabiltation of a formerly dilapidated historic building into a flourishing community center. Originally built in 1913, the renovated space features a large scale office building, cafe, and a community meeting hall.
Restoration of the new space included the preservation of current historical features, as well as updating of internal spaces. This project created 290 permanent, living wage jobs and 50 construction jobs.
