CCDFI’s first Opportunity Zone development to break ground and be completed, Nabi, is located in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. It delivers 31 workforce housing units in one of LA’s most densely populated neighborhoods. Designed for millennials, it offers easy access to transit, job opportunities, and a vibrant nightlife. Once an empty lot, Nabi now enhances the area’s charm and economic vitality.
Located amongst older buildings, Nabi’s ground-up construction serves as a fresh take with attention to detail that is unmatched by its neighbors.
