Youth Development, Inc. (YDI) is a nationally recognized youth and family services nonprofit organization serving New Mexico since 1971. YDI’s programs include early childhood education, child/prenatal care, alternative education, job training/placement, behavioral healthcare, homeless assistance, and family counseling.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $520,000 in long-term, fixed-rate refinancing to YDI.

Clearinghouse CDFI’s refinance will help stabilize and strengthen the nonprofit’s ongoing operations. It will allow YDI to continue providing critical social services for low- and extremely low-income individuals and families throughout the state.
