Clearinghouse CDFI provided two loans totaling over $3.6 million to help with the construction and rehabilitation of Taylor Terrace Apartments and Mosaic Gardens. Taylor Terrace Apartments now offers 168-units and Mosaic Gardens 31-units of affordable housing for low-income residents of Sacramento.
