$8.76M Loan Facilitates Construction of Affordable Housing in Los Angeles, Enhancing Community Livability

Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) provided $8,757,000 in financing to Arizona College Park for the development of a 40-unit affordable housing project in Los Angeles, CA.

The upcoming housing complex will provide 39 units designated for families and individuals earning below 80% of the area median income, with one unit allocated for an on-site manager. The project is specifically designed to support residents who benefit from the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program, ensuring that lower-income households have access to safe, quality, and affordable rental housing. This development aids in stabilizing the neighborhood and contributes to the broader goal of community revitalization in an area marked by a high demand for affordable living spaces.

Eleos Ventures, LLC and Arizona College Park, LLC are working together to support Arizona College Park housing. The partners are committed to urban development and community enhancement. Their partnership aims to leverage local assets in a way that fosters communal well-being and economic vitality.
