Los Angeles (LA) Mission is a nonprofit organization founded in 1936 to address the needs of the homeless community in Los Angeles, CA. Amongst the nation’s largest service providers for the homeless, LA Mission provides shelter, meals, and other critical rehabilitation services.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided over $5.9MM in financing for LA Mission to refinance existing debt and preserve ongoing operations.

LA Mission will continue serving the ever-growing homeless population in the Los Angeles area. This includes over 390,000 meals and 126,000 nights of safety and shelter provided in 2018 for disadvantaged men, women, and children in need.
