1318 Maryland, LLC is a 30 unit multi-family housing property located in a severely distressed area of Los Angeles, CA.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $3.45 million loan for the rehabilitation of the property. In the coming months, 1318 Maryland will undergo several repairs, in addition to the nearly completed foundation and retrofitting upgrades.
These improvements and repairs are some of the first that the building has undergone since its construction in 1913. The newly renovated property will comply with safety standards and will house up to 30 families in a disadvantaged neighborhood.
