31st Place Consortium, LLC (31st Place) operates a multi-family apartment complex located in the heart of Phoenix, AZ. The apartments consist of eight residential units divided between two fourplex buildings.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided a $574,000 loan to refinance the multi-family apartment with a lower interest rate and a seven-year term.
