Clearinghouse CDFI provided $600,000 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire a single-family home in Sheridan, CA for use as supportive housing.
The newly renovated home will offer enhanced behavioral support for 4 adults with developmental disabilities. 24-hour care and a secure, service enriched living environment will be provided for residents.
