$668,000 in Financing Helps To Transform a Single-Family Residence into Enhanced Behavioral Support Home for Adults

Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization that provides supportive housing for low-income individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. These homes offer a safe and service-enriched environment for some of our most vulnerable community members.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $668,000 in financing for Brilliant Corners to acquire and rehabilitate a single-family home in Stockton, CA into a specialized home for adults with special needs.

The renovated home will offer 24-hour, non-medical care for four adults requiring Enhanced Behavioral Support. Extra staffing, supervision, and consultations will be provided for the residents. This property will also be equipped with delayed egress devices, a secure perimeter, and other certified safeguards to ensure resident safety.
