Fern Gardens – Table Rock Memory Care (TRMC)
Table Rock Memory Care (TRMC) is an 84-bed memory care facility located in Medford, Oregon and owned by Fern Gardens Real Property Group. TRMC provides respite and long-term care for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s and other memory impairing dementias.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $10.2 million to refinance this state-of-the-art facility.
TRMC operates at near capacity and will continue to provide a safe and caring environment for residents. This includes both private pay and Medicaid seniors throughout the Rogue Valley area.
