Flamingo Pines Apartment Homes
Flamingo Pines Apartment Homes (Flamingo Pines) is an independent senior housing community located in Nevada’s Southwest Valley. Operated by Nevada HAND—a nonprofit developer, builder, and manager of affordable rental homes—Flamingo Pines will provide an affordable housing option and supportive services for Southern Nevada’s rapidly growing senior population.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $1.65 million in financing for the construction of Flamingo Pines Apartment Homes.
The new Flamingo Pines development will include a total of 66 apartment homes, with 53 units dedicated to low- and moderate-income seniors (55+), a new community building, and a common pool area for residents. A dedicated services coordinator will also be available to connect residents with local community assistance programs, volunteer groups, and other community activities.
