FSL Village – LIHTC
The Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) is a nonprofit organization committed to providing housing and social services to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided over $12.2 million in financing to FSL for the rehabilitaion of 80 low-income apartments, and the construction of several additional affordable apartment units.
Located in a low-income community, the newly constructed and rehabilitated apartments will provide a total of 112 affordable homes for local seniors.
